How do I order?
You can simply order directly on our website or you can download our app which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Don’t forget to order ahead to avoid any waiting. ;)

Can I order in store?
Of course you can. Although ordering ahead through our website or App is preferred.
We are always available to help you with placing your order on site with us.
Can I bring my own cup?
Absolutely! When selecting your drink of choice you have the option to select “personal cup”. When selected, you will get a $0.25 discount. Once your oder is placed, we will begin preparing your drink in our placeholder cup and once you arrive we will simply transfer your drink into your personal cup, avoiding any delays.
Can I pay with Cash?
Yes, this option is available at the checkout on our website and App. You can also pay with cash if you place your order on site.
I don’t have a Canadian or US phone number, can I still order?
At the moment we only accept Canadian (+1) or US (+1) phone numbers when registering with us. If you have a phone number that is not compatible with our platforms you can always visit us on site and place your order with us directly.
Why do you need my phone number and email?
Your email is simply used for us to be able to send over a copy of your digital receipt.
Your phone number is for us to send you a message once your order is ready.
How do I sign in?
Your account login is also your phone number. If ever you sign out you can sign back in and have access to your account with it. All you need to do is enter your phone number followed by the pin code sent to you by text and email.
I receive too many emails or text messages.
You can silence text and/or email notifications in your settings found in the side bar.
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
We average 5 minutes to prepare any order. If you are making your way over and want to be perfectly timed with us place your order when you are roughly 5 minutes away.
For larger orders of 5 items or more please allow us to 10-15 minutes to prepare.
The button to “add to cart” is not appearing?
